We are looking for experienced senior care assistants to join their well, established team. You will need to have a patient disposition, be hardworking and have a real desire to provide the highest level of care to the residents. We expect a professional attitude within the home. We want care assistants that will work well as part of a team but to also be able to use their initiative.

Duties:

Assist the management in the running of the care home

Maintain high standards of care to the residents

Maintain a clean and safe environment for the residents and other staff.

Act in a professional manner at all times

Promote dignity, privacy and independence at all times

Handle medication

Mentor junior carers

Skills:

Patience, good listening skills, caring attitude, kindness, a good sense of humour and reliability.

If you are available to work 18 – 36 hours a week, either day or night shifts, and have the ability to meet our high standards please apply. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. Applicants will need to be over 18 years of age and a DBS check will be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £8.80 to £9.00 /hour
