Whether they seek a comfortable home and assistance with everyday activities/tasks, more complex care or companionship of day care, we have the facilities and experience to care for our residents for as long as they need. We also offer short term respite, for those seeking care for their loved ones during a holiday or break.

Kinross is situated in the heart of Drayton, and is well placed within walking distance to all local amenities. These include the local church, just across the street, doctor’s surgeries, hospital, pharmacies, supermarkets and parks. Southsea Beach, Farlington Marsh and the local nature reserve are but a 10 minute drive from the Home, perfect for a day out when the weather permits.
Kinross is located within close proximity to the M3 and M27 making it easy for family and friends to visit.
High standards for our care and our facilities
Built in the 1900’s, Kinross Care Home, otherwise known as “The Cottage”, is a residential care home that offers a range of double and single en-suite rooms, able to accommodate up to 29 people in a safe, pleasant and welcoming homely environment. In addition to the high-quality care we provide to our residents, we also provide a range of activities to keep our residents active, stimulated and happy. The Home benefits from a spacious garden area, overlooking the local church, where residents may enjoy picnics during the summer and watching fireworks and hot chocolate, during our annual bonfire night.

Kinross has a reputation amongst Residents and their relatives alike for providing fine food and a welcoming atmosphere in a place you can call Home. We offer an everchanging seasonal menu which residents look forward to each quarter. This includes anything from a traditional English trifle in the summertime to warm custard and cakes for the frosty winter evenings.
How we keep everyone healthy & active
Stimulating activities are at the heart of the service we provide. Our Care Staff design a schedule of Activities on a monthly basis to entertain and energize our Residents. With help from specialist service providers and even the local schoolchildren, we make sure that our Residents time with us is as enjoyable as it is beneficial.
